Ola Electric has the shittest customer service.

Never buy anything from Ola ever, I had a horrible experience and most probably you'll too.
It was Diwali week when I brought Ola S1 Pro to my home and my happiness was on the roof. My whole family just lit up and my Diwali celebration was doubled after receiving Ola's delivery.
But after only 1 week the whole joy vanished after having my first issue.
The scooter won't turn on and gives zero response. Calling customer support didn't help and my whole body had chills and I got too low.
After constant efforts, I finally got a vague reply and I had to get the scooter towed to the service center.
I'm planning to shift to an Ather Electric scooter.

Feel you, bro, After buying the Ola Electric I became the first ever person in my colony to get an electric bike.
I spent the whole week showing off by bike and on the 11th day I had to call a tow truck to get my bike to the service station in front of everyone. I never felt so embarrassed in my life.
