Guidelines
Zecat will be the legal owner of the vehicle.
In order to make modifications, you are free to purchase the leased vehicle through Zecat
Zecat offers brand new and pre-insured vehicles to all the users which can be experienced for 7 days and returned for a nominal cost.
Zecat issues the 2 wheeler vehicles for retail use and the commercial employment of the EV won’t be possible. Thus, there is an annual limit of 15,000km on every EV.
In case of moving to another state, the lease will have to be canceled.

After getting your dream EV from Zecat, you can stay worry free because Zecat will take care of all the vehicle related issues. All our vehicles are pre-insured, and you’ll get a brand new EV for yourself. You will get complimentary charging services through the dedicated Zecat charging network along with road side assistance and 24×7 customer support. Along with this, Zecat offers you warranty as per manufacture and a dedicated account manager who’ll walk you through all the process. Our team will also provide regular maintenance service to ensure the health of your own dream EV.
After the leasing process, you are free to enjoy the EV vehicle for personal use, but the deployment of the vehicle for commercial purpose will not be possible.
Accordingly, there is an annual limit of 15,000km after which INR 4 will be applicable for every extra KM. The meter will be verified on a quarterly basis.
Documentation and Eligibility
In order to avail a smooth and hassle free delivery Zecat requests you to provide the following documents: Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Bank Statement of at least 2 years, Address Proof, Salary Slip, Employment Letter, Income Tax Return – of at least 2 years.
You will be eligible to get the EV from Zecat if your monthly salary is 50,000 or more, or if you pass the credit evaluation process.

It can take 45-60 days for the brand new vehicle to reach your home.
Payment
For just INR 499/- you can book your slot and confirm your EV experience.
Prebooking amount(adjustable), 1 month of refundable security, and 1 month of advanced rental is all it takes for you to experience the EV.
The security deposit will be equivalent to the first month rental charges.
All the online transactional options are open for your EV experience.
In case of a late payment, Zecat will charge a nominal fee of 3% as per the Master-Lease agreement.
If you cancel the subscription within 7 days of availing the service, then the cost will be on us. After 7 days, you can pay for 6 months rent according to the foreclosure agreement and be free from the subscription.
The main difference between AC and DC chargers is the voltage level they operate at. AC chargers typically operate at lower voltages and charge more slowly than DC chargers, which operate at higher voltages and can charge an EV much faster. AC chargers are often used for overnight charging at home, while DC chargers are commonly used at public charging stations for faster charging on-the-go.

Insurance
Yes, all the vehicles to come with Zecat are pre-insured.
You will get a zero-dep vehicle insurance where you won’t be charged for asset depreciation
Zecat assigns a dedicated support team to smoothly handle all the hassle related to insurance company and documentations.
Damage and Theft
In case of a damaged vehicle, reach out to us witihn 24 hours of th event.
Liabilities will include the insurance processing fees and disallowances in the insurance settlement.
In case of a stolen vehicle, file an FIR immediately and contact us within 24 hours.
Buying and Cancellation
Buying the leased vehicle is easy with Zecat. Just drop a message to Zecat team, pay the residual amount, and claim permanent ownership of the vehicle.
The cancelation of service can be obtained by fulfilling the Foreclosure Terms.
Although we would wish you to complete your tenure as you’d avail many benefits from the offer, you are free to cancel your subscription by paying 6 month of rental according to the foreclosure guidelines.
